I measure it at a little over 5mm/.20". Because line smashes a little, I had no trouble cutting ¼” double-braided Nylon line. That was my first test when it arrived because I have never had any trouble clearing entanglements of larger lines without cutting.
It cuts monofilament like it isn’t even there and 2" Nylon webbing with less pressure than any other cutting tool I have used. It is often the only knife I carry on most recreational dive now. The sheath is OK. I am thinking of making a new one now that I have a heavy-duty sewing machine. I will post pictures if I come up with something I like better.
Overall length is 164mm/6.44" x ~34mm/1.3" at the bulge at the top hole. The holes are ~20mm/¾" in diameter — like all the other Z-knives I have seen, too small for me even without gloves. If I had a deep/short bottom time dive that required cutting a lot of small line, like a fishing net, I would screw a bigger handle onto it.
