So are #1 and #2 both lined starfish? And do 9-armed starfish sometimes have 10 arms?

Hi morretti,

#3 does indeed to appear to be a nine-armed sea star (Luidia senegalensis), which can uncommonly have 10 arms. It typically is not referred to as a lined starfish.
