Hi guys and girls,

My name is Prabu. I'm from Australia originally, but relocated to London 10 months ago. Been diving on and off for about 5 years, mostly around Aus and bit on holidays (mexico). I want to get back into it more, and am looking for people to go diving with and also advice/recommendations on locations to go diving around Europe.

I am keen to do some wreck diving, as I've never it before, and any good live-a-boards.

Cheers!

Welcome to SB ! - it sound like you have mostly done warm water diving, but if you fancy seeing what real divers are made of :) there are a couple of good BSAC clubs in the London area that organise training, local dives and coastal trip and would provide you a good way to get into UK diving if that is what you are looking for.

Best wishes and safe diving - Phil

Welcome! I'm also new to SB, and in London. Although, I'm about to f*** off to Thailand for a few months for some more diving and my DM cert. I'll appreciate the colder waters after I get a few more dives under my belt, but I also need some sun!

Good luck.

Welcome to Scubaboard.

BSAC have active Branches in and around London.

You can dive on your current certification, all that is required is you join BSAC and the Branch. However, why not go on a dive with them first to see whether they're what your looking for.

BSAC Can train you in wreck diving, and Branches organise overseas holidays on livaboards. Plus you get Public Liability insurance, and other membership discounts like 5% off ASDA etc.

See the BSAC site and use the Find It tool to locate Branches.

Welcome to SB! Like said above...hook up with a BSAC group local to you. They've always been a good bunch of folks in my experience.
