hi guys do you prefer air or nitrox, when doing a lot of diving,
do you start the week off with nitrox and then switch to air,
or stay with the same all week.
thanks sam.

If available at a reasonable price I will always dive nitrox.

Ditto. Nitrox is my gas. I only use air if I'm going deeper than the MOD, or if that is all that is available. I don't go anywhere that Nitrox is too expensive to purchase.

Nitrox for me for just about everything but the shallowest dives.

I use air if I'm only doing shallow reef dives. Repetitive and a little deeper, I use nitrox, mix relative to MOD.

For me Air is free at home - Nitrox is not - if I travel I use Nitrox when I dive below 60 feet otherwise Air is fine for me.

Nitrox as much as possible.
I used to do 4 long shallow dives a day teaching on air & I was exhausted at the end of the day. Switching to nitrox made a huge difference for me.

I know my metabolism has slowed down after age 50...that also means I'm not processing the nitrogen load as efficiently as I used to. YMMV
