Since the new format the unread folder does not function like it really should. Folders show unread until the posts are read. However, often I browse a folder to check out the posts but may not read them. At that point the folder should marked as read. Sure it may still contain unread posts but the folder has been read.
As such, I would like to see the unread functionality for a folder be decoupled from the posts. That was the previous functionality - it worked well.
