I have Zip Seals with latex wrist seals and one of the seals is leaking right where the seal leaves the wrist side of the Zip Seal, weather checking from age. Is it possible to cut/remove the old seal off of the Zip Seal and install a new seal over the old latex end section or attach a new seal to the Zip Seal itself if the old seal is removed?
With the cost of Zip Seals in the $120 range new replacement seals and some glue or heat tape would be a lot cheaper. Besides I like trying DIY.

Thanks. That is what I thought. I tried getting a neck seal apart and ended up melting the ring system, With 2 sealing rings on the neck ring there is a good chance of getting them misaligned enough not to work. I will bite the bullet on those and pay the price.
