I just don't log dives
Buddy and I found a cave in 7' of water free diving. Neither of us could get to the back of it. Bugged me so I woke up early today and went exploring it with tanks. Few scallops, some jingle shells, and not much else. Still awesome to find that in such a popular spot.

Found a giant pacific octopus after I exited the cave. A ling cod came up to eat it but I think I spooked it.

Checked and can't believe I haven't been on since this either. A night dive on horshoe reef on Oahu and a beautiful day diving the Sea Tiger.

Why screw with the octopus like that?...
Uhh:.. Why not play with him....weird question.

Because you're harassing him, quite clearly evidenced by his behavior, inking and swimming away. It's not "playful."

What's your point? I could have chopped his arms off and ate them if I wanted. Instead I just played with him.

Wow dude.

Wow is right. You must be one of those anti hunting hippies? Sorry if nature offends you. Man there are a lot of offended people around here.
