There are some Bollywood movies that have good Scuba scenes.
Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara- is available on Netflix

I watched this film tonight.. The film has a good story and they played their roles well. But this film's main theme of not diving. It has only few minutes scuba diving and parachut scenes .BLUE is better than that.
I prefer vintage diving films.
