Pender Island buddies/fills

Does anyone know of a compressor anywhere on Pender? (or Saltspring near Ganges.) I'm a fairly regular (once a month or so) visitor with access to a boat but have been looking for fills / folks to go with. I've got my own gear (incl tanks) so all I would need is a fill now and then.

Years ago there was a guy who ran "cooper dive services" and had a compressor for fills but not sure now.
