O ring change on Suunto bayonet connection

Am trying to change the oring on the suunto bayonet conection. It is the internal one a 007 similar process to changing the one on a LPI which I have generally got the knack of. This one being smaller is a bit of a bastard! Anyone got s tip for achieving this without losing all my hair. Thanks

If you writing about the Suunto quick release for the cobra do you have the tool for that?

On ebay you can find the tool with the correct orings, and then you could check which size you would need.
