Just got back from Boracay, stayed and dove out of the Blue Mango, got there right after the storm and when we left everything was getting back to normal, power/internet/clean up. Should be good to go, most of the places have generators so it was still a good trip and viz was good considering....

Hello from Okinawa, Just got certified last month and got back from a trip to Boracay yesterday where I was able to dive a couple times, one to a wreck that was really cool, viz was down from the resent typhoon. Plan on going as many times as possible as in a month I go back to the USA.
