Is this a "requirement" to log your dives each time you dive? I never have, but just noticed this find print on a dive in the bahamas..

I am planning to take my two boys snorkeling next month for a couple days in key largo, as they are not scuba diving yet. I priced the snorkel trip at $35/person it's $105 for the three of us.. But renting a 20' boat is just $160 including fuel for 4 hours!..

Does it really matter? I am sure there as many "certified" divers who are clueless as well, lol... It's just a short course to get certified... if she's got the hands on experience, all she's missing is the reading, which of course is important...but....
