I fly Cebu Pacific Air - It's time everyone flies as it is cheap. Evolution in Malapascua and Magic Island on Moalboal are one stop shops, dive ops/resorts. As for AC, that is really up to you, re you the type to be bale to put up with just a ceiling fan? I like my AC. :-)

Evolution in Malpascua, they have some lovely rooms and good diving. inc technical if you fancy that.

Agreed - we did this same trip in June. Malapascua with Evolution and then Molaboal with Magic island. Saw Threshers and wonderful stuff at both. Pescador Island is a MUST see. The other boat saw a whale shark while we were there... lucky so and so's... ;-)
