Bob, I've downloaded SubSurface but the DRAK interface still reads "error". (I did buy a new interface as I thought the might be the problem..... I was wrong.). I've tried downloading to MacDive and DiveLog DT without success.

Double-check to make sure you're NOT exhaling through your nose.......I have this problem, quite often actually, and have to consciously think of breathing out through my mouth......usually solves the problem (at least mine)
