Most likely the Fling. And from what I've read, the hammerheads are spawning in Feb-Mar. The hammerheads are also my motive for going at that time.

If you don't mind basic lodging, then Safari Inn is your place. Clean rooms, AC, soft bed, hard tile floors, right on Melgar within walking distance of the square. Cheapest place I know of on the island. A true dive hotel without being a "dive". It was where I stayed back in '94 and I stayed...
