I believe that al the counties in SE FL are now either closed to tourists, or have closed all non-essential businesses. Commercial boats are allowed to use the marinas to permit seafood to come in to supply restaurants and food stores - so I doubt that would include dive operators.

LImited info from the local news. Older experienced diver reported missing by his dive buddy/niece at around 9:30 this morning. Anyone have any more info? Apparently they've switched from rescue to recovery mode.
