She will do fine with a 28-30lb lift wing, then work on fine tuning the weight.

BP/W vs Jacket vs Travel BC

Get a Deep Sea Supply travel wing 17lb and kaydex backplate, that is the smallest lightest way to go tropical. I use a 26lb wing and stainless plate and need no weights for a 3 mm wetsuit when I travel.

    Zeagle or Scubapro

I love my Zeagle regs after using almost everything out there, though Scubapro have always been more expensive those who buy them swear by them never at them, that’s a good sign. Both will serve you well.

    Large numbers

I have a Shearwater for tech work, this is purely falling off a boat in Coz or Manado. I'm a Zeagle fan I'll take a look, but it looks about the same as the Suunto's I have had. The Tusa 850 is about the size and shape of the old XTC 100 so I might look for it also. Thanks guys

    What Octo should i get?

The Oceanic Alpha 8 Octo would work best, stay away from inline 2nds until you are very comfortable and have more time down. My $0.02 or $0.025 these days.

Whats the different between Apeks XTX 50 and XTX 20??

As noted pretty much the same, and the prices can be pretty close often I've seen no big savings on the 20.
