I will be in Orlando on business at the end of this month. Don't really have the time to drive to West Palm. Any suggestions for dive ops in the Orlando area, pehaps that have shuttles to dive sites?
Thanks!
I'm going to be in Orlando for a few days on business at the end of July. Are there any dive shops that pick up in Orlando for a day of diving?
What are best options? Crystal River???? I'm not familiar with the area at all.
Thanks!
I love my Zeagle. I have the Rip Cord and find it to be an extremely easy mechanical way of releasing your front integrated weights. It's also a breeze to restring.
Good luck and have fun!
MBS,
Thanks for the suggestions.
Finally got it to work (sitting down, aluminum foil in my right ear, my left sock halfway off, and my hair parted down the middle like in Our Gang).
I purchased the much too expensive download cable for my Veo 180 and 250. Everything seems to work fine with my 250, but the 180 will NOT download. I get, "handshaking", then "Time Out" error.
Please help. I don't really want to spend another $100 on another cable.
Thanks!
My son uses very little weight. Would it be safe to simply purchase a pair of trim pockets for his tank (they could even be attached upside down for emergency dumping purposes)?
My son, who is just 10yo is a skinny lad. He has issues sometimes with his weight belt wanting to fall right off. We bought the smallest weight belt our LDS had.
Are there any alternative placements for the weight belt? Silly question, but I thought I'd put it out there.
Yes, I know...
It's not my intention to hijack this thread, but I have a practical question about checking weights in a new dive location. In August, me and my son will be diving in Cozumel for the first time. This will also be out first salt water dive. Assuming we don't get wet until we are above the reef...
