Yes I will. It will be later tonight. But I can say this. There is plenty of room in either direction for me. I was a 42 waist 30 length when I got it. And it fit just fine. My brother tried it on once and he is taller and wider than me, seemed to fit him fine. Also like I said it fit me fine...
I am selling my DUI CLX450
And all the goodies to go along with it. The suit fit me fine at 5' 11" 280. And it fit me fine all the way down to 230. But now I am at 200 pounds and it is just way too much suit for me:-) it is an incredibly well maintained suit. I bought it here from the original...
Ya I don't have enough good to say about Steve. My brother is his close dive buddy and they are all hurting right now. I don't know enough of the details, nor do I feel it my place to share them. I was lucky enough to get a few certs through him. He was the smartest, most technical diver I've...
Wow!! that is so cool!! Completely out of my league at the moment:D I can't get over the viz, and lighting at that depth.
I hope this isn't too tacky to ask, but curiosity is killing me. What does just the gas fills cost for one diver to do a dive like that?
I am sorry to hear this. How long does a diver typically have to wait to dive again after recovering from the bends? If I learned this in the past, I don't recall:-)
Thanks Peter. I will give that technique a try.
And I am aware that checking the inflator is part of the pre-dive inspection:-) however I am not perfect. I just consider it a silly mistake a noob would make. Perhaps I'm just the only one who'd admit it out loud on here:-) Ohhhhhhhhh it's time...
Ok thank you. Very good info. Ya my main concern was rolling. But I see how I wouldn't be able to hand it off if necessary. I'm not at the point for staging yet. I'm just getting used to redundancy, which is needed for the ice diving I plan on doing this winter. For now I'll try with out...
All the way open here too. I have to get upright and lean to the right to get the air out most of the time.
On a side note... How often do you drysuit divers forget to hook up your inflator hose before beginning your dive?:-) it's my first season using one, but I've done that twice now...
I currently dive a Bp/w setup with single lp95's. I am going to start slinging an AL40, and just wondering how much weight to ditch on the side where the full AL40 (3,000psi) will be. I currently use 6 pounds per side when I have all my undergarments on under my drusuit. Thank you:-)
I also have the 40#. I'm a cold water drysuit diver in Minnesota and I love it. I can't compare to äñÿ others as it is my first one, but it is great. I also got it from caveadventurers.
But also a big thumbs up to diverightinscuba :-)
Both great shops to deal with!!
Well if anyone cares.... They work great. My hands are big so it's kind of a pain getting through the seals, but I don't think that will change no matter what kind of system I have on here:-)
+1 for the sitech cuff system
Ok that pressure test sounds better than what I did:-) I just filled my slop sink in the basement up with cold water, and put my arms with, and without the dry gloves on, and no water came through the suit. But that's almost no pressure 1.5 feet deep in a sink. I'll sure give the real pressure...
well I got it done!!! its down in the basement drying:-) it is more than a one day job, because the inside of the sleeves need to be coated with seal cement a bunch of coats because the adhesive for the permanent cuffs won't stick to the bare fabric. So after getting enough seal cement inside...
Hahhhh. Ok. Even my brother tells me I will be profusely laughed at if I show up with padded straps:-) I will try some more adjustments on my single rig before my decision on my doubles setup. Thanks guys
