I can second that. No use having taken all those classes if you won't dive very often because you're too cold. Been there, done that as they say.

I was always told to work out after diving, if at all. But when I was on a vacation in Curacao, one of the men worked out every morning and on my recent trip a woman ran each morning. But, I'm no doctor.

I do it in a shorty, but I wouldn't think about peeing in a full wetsuit. But, I never seem to have ANY desire (or need) to pee in my dry suit. It's usually in the middle of a dive and I help the "water running through to rinse" by tugging on the legs and letting the water run through a bit...

Where are you going to do most of your diving? I started out with the Diva and hated it, but a lot of it is the conditions I dive in (it's not a cold water BCD). I prefer a woman's back inflate. I have no personal experience, but a woman on my last tropical trip was quite favorable to her...
