A few hours ago my eldest daughter made me a grandfather for the second time.....a boy.....Thomas.
Today is my wife's birthday as well!! :D
Last night I was talking to Jessica and she told me the baby was going to be late (according to her midwife). I told her that I dreamt a couple of days...
I normally use a SS/SMB to mark my position from underwater so that boats can see where I am...... either to come get me, or maybe to avoid running me over with a propeller as I'm surfacing. :D
Great plan!
Anyone learning to use an SS/SMB is thinking the right way! ;)
LOL..... Bill......in those days a large hard drive was only 40 Mb!!! :rofl3:
But it's true.....Asian access (not just Japan) is very quick...not just compared to the US, but to Europe as well. I can reach 1.5Mb/sec....and I'm not that close to the main repeater......maybe 700 meters.
Whatever.... my UK flight was a little more than the headline price, but that was down to the number of stay days etc, and it wasn't that much. They were WAY cheaper than anyone else, AND it's a direct Osaka-London flight. Last year we paid more to go via HK.
Surcharges aren't down to them -...
Have a look at this page:
No1 Travel-Air Fare/Manila - Super Saver
most expensive flight....84,000 yen, a couple of days before New Year!
I don't know what dates you need, but that's half of what you are talking about.....
Maybe the fuel surcharge is a lot.....but double?
It's up to you, but...
Not H.I.S. - the number I gave you. No1 Travel. ;)
I don't know exactly how they're connected (I saw the H.I.S. name somewhere when I paid), but they gave a price to London about 40,000 yen cheaper than my wife was told directly from H.I.S.
It's a phone call......that's all.
Geoff....... try the H.I.S. gaijin affiliate... No 1. Travel.
Here's the contact stuff from the lady I dealt with to book to the UK at Christmas.......they were the cheapest by FAR.

If they can't do it...you've got a problem.

LOL.....
I forget to mention one important aspect. You have to be able to resist these Aussie buggers trying to make you drink coffee through a Tim Tam. That will destroy all further effort at weight loss I'm sure.
So far......I'm happy to say I blocked my ears and was resolute - I'm still at...
I've done it. There's no secret. Small protein rich meals......minimum carbs. Drink a lot of water. Walk about 8 kilometers a day with the dog, and swim 3000 meters 4 times a week. This last week I've been slipping though (no swimming) so I'm sort of standing still. I'd like to lose another 15...
Khao Lak was really devastated by the tsunami. I haven't heard how well it has recovered by now. I'm sure some of our local members would know about that.
One plus point (for me) would be it's proximity to the main Similan islands. I'm not sure how much that might be pertinent to a DM course -...
Hee hee hee!! :D
I had three.... :shocked2:
Not bad. As I thought though - an Aussie Penguin.
Is there an Aussie equivalent to Mars bars too? Or my personal favourite....Cadbury's Flake?
Looks like British Penguins to me......
Although I didn't taste one yet.......the wife just brought them home from Costco! (and I'm supposed to be on a diet......12 Kgs in 8 weeks....yeah baby!!)
What a funny thread! :D
I normally reverse into a parking spot - but I'm embarrassed if I don't nail it first time.
I've driven in Honolulu. It's frustrating. I can understand the OPs annoyance with folks who create even more holdups than are strictly necessary. However, I don't think it's...
Tioman is in it's off season then - I thought the whole east coast was.
The Andamans are in main season though (Phuket).
Lot's of choice up there.
(edit: I see someone already mentioned the season thing)
