first of all you never even mention how many logged dives you have done and that makes me a little leary of you. secondly your buddy is a "kid" as a master diver and you want to go more than 60' ft. where you don't have the experience. my advice to you is get more dives in or be upfront with the...
i went and did the dive fri nite and got cold on the second tank but it was real good to get wet. to bad i didn't see the post earlier spectrum you were more than welcome to jion us.

was planning on doing a nite dive tomorrow nite at nubble and was just wondering if any one out there has been there lately and could tell me how the vis is?? with all this crappy weather and more to come i really don't feel like driving for an 1 1/2 hr to get there and then have a crappy...
the trick that i used all winter long is by taking hot water from the boiler and putting it in a steel container and wrapping it in a towel. just before i enter the water i pout it down the wet suit and am good for a one hour tank dive. have never had a problem so try it for your self and see if...
high tide is noonish so what time were you planning on going. would you be interested in diving folly cove around that time?????? will check back later to see if you have responded

a couple of weeks ago we went out to egg rock and dove right into a school of dog fish. there had to be a least fifty of them and they sure weren't scared of us. kept coming right up to us. i thought it was pretty neat, but i think my dive buddy was a little scared of them. second dive was the...
i'll get wet with you but not the merrimac. will be at folley tomorrow morning at 8:15ish. high tide is 12ish and hoping to do two tanks if you are interested.

you'll get any thing but salty diving the this river. I wouldn't even bother to make this a detour unless you are into finding tires and what nots up by Lowell any way. Down by where it enters into the ocean a few divers and swimmers have been lost never to be seen again.

hey leo,
if you drive over the rouarke bridge in loweel heading towards the blvd and if you look to your left and see a pontoon boat with the dive flag, he will take you where ever you want to go for $25 hr. down by heritage ice cream there is a beach there and i dove it a few yrs back just to...
i will agree with cecil about the headings and the easy entry to nubble. suit up at the top and walk down and go from there. we are diving thurs nite at 6 if you want to come out with us. the more the merrier.

hey leo,
if you keep crying you are a poor college student and always looking for cheaper way to do diving, how come you can afford to go to dutch springs???? guess you're not so poor after all????

hey leo,
i was away for the week end and didn't get your message til just now. sucks too because i have mon off and it sure would have been great to get wet first thing mon morning. looking to dive during the week after work if you are interested.

i also did my open water dive with huffie from northeast dive shop at mirror lake. it suck. i will have to agree with peacedog about all the crap that is in there and who's to say there isn't still some live ammo in there. if it was busy there it was huffie with his dive class instead of taking...
not much to get you back to shore at pebble beach, but if you want a nice twilight dive or a nice nite dive try folly cove. do the wall on the left first and then do the right hand second. you won't be disappointed. if you are not sure where to go, stop at cape ann dive shop and get the map to...
oceanseleven,
