I'm also from Michigan so the water will seem great with a 3ml. I was there in Dec. and the divemasters were talking about the water getting cold.(79 deg) I guess it's all what you get used to. There is a wealth of information on the Bonaire talk web site.

I've been using 2 gol-toob's for 2 years and I have not had any problems. I do take them apart and grease the o-rings occasionally. I have both red and green lights. The red can be seen from a greater distance. They still work great and have about 10 dives on the original battery.
I've been diving with a Pinnacle Polar in temps from 39 to a 74 degree dive last week. It was plenty warm in the cold water yet not too warm in the warm water. I bought this on the recomendation from a dive buddy ( instructor) who also has one.

Our local dive shop is taking a larg group and they are going through Aqua-Nuts. I have never stayed there myself but they are highly recomended.
