Not sure about the shipping charges? I believe that is the shop that Thor posted. I gave the card to my buddy, as he is out on Block more frequent than I. I would say the best bet is to bring your own gas.. I would not trust a set of doubles to the ferry shipping crew... Not saying...

Island Outfitters does not do air fills any longer. They gave us the name / card of a shop out of Narragansett that does.. You put the tanks on the ferry, the dive shop will pick them up and ship them back to you on the island.. You will need to pay "shipping" for the ferry.. Can't...

Yes, we had 2 great dives.... Unfortunately, no... no moorings were found. Captain Wayne and Don (mate) hooked both wrecks for us.. Great dives.. vis was 20 + , no current, no waves, just an all around great day of diving..

Scuba Shack has openings on the July 6th trip aboard Canned Air running out of Pt. Judith (Snug Harbor). Tentative dives will be the "Teti" and the "Neptune". Please call the shop (860) 563-0119 if interested. -Dennis

Depending on where you stay.. there is some good diving around Block Island. (I have not used any charters from the actual island..) Canned Air out of Pt. Judith is my typical ride.

For those that are interested... we have been diving at the quarry the past couple of wed nights... Show up around 6:00, in the water anywhere between 6:30, 7:00, 8:00 (we are not too strict on the schedule) :) We typically leave around 8:30 - 9:00 Grill available, so bring something...
