You're right on the border! more than 100 dives, Boracay may be disappointing less than 100 you can still find decent diving! Yapak 1&2 would appeal to you as would Crocodile Is.!

Check the transportation from the Batangas pier to Manila first, you may have to hire a private car also!
Bohol
My wife and I were in Bohol 2008! My Avatar is on the viewing Platform, in the same spot as the destruction photo! The Hills over my Nephews shoulders are the same hills as at the right in the other photo!

Bohol has more for the non-diver, with trips to the Chocolate hills, visits to roadside Zoo's for the Tarsier's, Baclayaren (spelling?) Church.
Moalboal is quiet! not much night-life! not much other than Great Diving!
Boracay is good for the novice diver, and there is a golf...
