When I first got to my son I grabbed hold of his bc and inflated mine and was kicking hard this didn't really didn't seem to be cutting it I thought I was losing ground that's when I put some air in his bc. My computer profile supports my recollection. I don't know how it would have turned out...
At the start of the dive the current for me was out away from the wall. Others in our group said flowing north. But on the safety stop it brought us back in over the wall flowing to the south.
The dive plan call for us to be droped off over the sand and swim to the wall and be ready to turn back if the current got bad. The dive sites map i read listed santa rosa wall as intermmediate. The dive master was fully aware of our skill level as we had been diving with him for 5 days. Camera...

please look at the divers in the back ground up and down the wall as this was the time the missing woman should be on the wall.
Two days later we did a shore dive and it was clear he had learned alot from that. sometimes
what we learn needs a value attached to it from experience.

scurbyduck has about 30 dives in coz. first time i was droped out in the blue. thought it was wrong for the dm to tell us to go down when there was two still on the boat.
