    When I first got to my son I grabbed hold of his bc and inflated mine and was kicking hard this didn't really didn't seem to be cutting it I thought I was losing ground that's when I put some air in his bc.     At the start of the dive the current for me was out away from the wall. Others in our group said flowing north. But on the safety stop it brought us back in over the wall flowing to the south.

    Yes I did the omitted safety stop, according the the Suunto's manuel for my Zoop Computer it says you should do that.
