Can anyone else confirm that the bridge is going to be closed tomorrow? its not that I dont trust you Jimw, I just wanna make sure before I call off my trip last minute. I had heard that the bhb was the backup dive for the film/tv people. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated.

i was mostly thinking of places like red reef, bathtub beach and the like. places with next to no real current and shallow clear water. again, if ones goal is to float on top and just relax, fins are useless.

i did one of the park ranger guided tours out of biscayne national park and it was pretty nice. we went to a wreck, the mandalay. it definetly made me feel a little touristy, but for the 20 or so bucks i paid, well worth it. water was super clear and tons of fish.

I was in St Thomas at the Marriot at Frenchman's Reef, and it was pretty nice. I saw a diversity of fish and coral. Tarpon, Lionfish, Turtles, Rays, and a few anemones new to me. Lots of long spines though so watch your fingers if you try to pick up a shell or something.
