Sorry-I was not being particularly accurate. The charter I did go on was $75 for a two tank dive, not including tip. I guess since I often dive in quarries with water temperature of 50 F and visibility of 10 feet, a good shore dive seems pretty good. I will say the boat dive was a lot nicer...

That's true, but I really don't think they would be filling tanks for themselves with contaminated air, and also, I do know the State Police divers fill there, making me think it is very likely safe.

I would agree with that statement. If you're willing to float me the extra $50 per person per dive (3 of us), I'd be happy to do charter boats instead :-).

Thanks! We may just do that-go back up to Blue Heron or Lauderdale by the Sea. We didn't navigate very well on our first dive there, and didn't make it to the second reef. I think if we get out there, we'll be very happy.
