Has anyone looked at or purchased the new Atpac as shown on E-bay by Wholesale Divers? The description says it has 85 lb lift capacity. Did the older versions have that much lift? I had one back around 1975 but I dont remember much on the details of it other than it dived great.

Is there a standard lenght among regulator manufactures on how long the primary and secondary hoses are when purchased new as a package? Also what lenght hoses are most commonly custom made and used? Thanks, bobby

Hmmm, not exactly a rousing recomendation to switch although it might be good on the primary with less tug on your regulator as you turn your head.

Having never used Milflex hosing I am curious of the advantages/disadvantages of going this route? Do you use them on all hoses, primary, secondary,gauges,bcd's or what. Are there advantges of mixing and matching? Are there other hoses to consider? Looking forward to your input on this. Thanks...

I think I will go for it and have them inspected. They are in to good of shape to just toss them. Maybe breathing that 15 year old air in them will make me feel younger. They dont make air like they used to.
