Only place I can think of that has a lot of water activates and does have scuba, I assume you could call to see if they have snorkel and fish to see, would be brownstone discovery park in Connecticut.
I know a lot of people that love it up there. Probably a 4.5 hour drive from you.
These pictures look great. I would just get a small book on composition or check out what is on the web about it. Perhaps Wikipedia has some tips on getting a great composition. Good Job, I would zoom in and crop the best parts of those photos and you probably have some really nice ones.
Seeing a whale shark is definatly on my bucket list. I dont know much about this oslob place but no i wouldnt want to feed one or touch one. Must be amazing being near such a massive creature.
