Welcome to the board. Things can and tend to get a little crazy around here, Gold Lemay leopard print wetsuits and what have you :goofy:, But we all are as close to sanity as we care to be.
Have fun, and learn stuff

Welcome to the craziest dive site on the net, dmentia. The people here are the most helpful asylum escapees I have ever known, including myself of course.
:goofy:
-If we weren't all crazy, we'd just go insane. :bonk:

Like Pinny, I've also found that Swim-Ear stiff works incredibly well for drying out your ears after a dive. It has a certain % (Don't remember exactly) of alcohol that also helps prevent ear infections. And it's cheap to get at the local grocery store :)

Other than that: Ginnie Springs in N. Central FL. And Wakulla Springs somewhere on...

Welcome GM,
It can get quite crazy around here with folks running around in leopard print and gold lemay wetsuits and such. But I wouldn't trade it for any other site on the net.

Class was fine today. I learned that I never want to run out of air. After these 2 days I am sore in muscles that I didn't know that I ever had. And now (Monday) I have to lug books around campus to class. :(
I Wanna go where it's warm!

Man! Just had my first sessions today. I'm hooked (pardon the pun) already! Merlin, you were right when you said the first breath underwater would get me. It did. My instructor is really good, he doesn't pull any punches. He's one of the good crabs as we might say. Stuck on a suface interval...
