Whats a better cylinder ? 3442 psi with a pro valve or a 3500 psi with a 300 BAR Din? I would just like to see what SCUBA board thinks .

I have an Axis BCD and it show it comes with a safety tube , but mine didn't come with one , how can I get one ? Thanks

The Maximus has a balanced 1st with a primary air channel to boost the IP under demand. 2nd stage has 2 adjustments , really only one. I like a reg that is low maitance and care free

For cold water and easy service the Maximus is bulletproof.

A buddy of mine who runs a resort in another contry, used another brand because He got them dirt cheap , after a 2 years of use he told me he spent more time fixing all the little BS problems , so he switch to the Sherwood Magnum's , all the little problems went away. K.I.S.S.

I use a Sherwood Oasis here for California diving and never have had any problems

DIN IS BETTER . I just can't see the arguemunt ...................................

What’s there to augment about this? DIN is a far superior fitting but instead everyone has to but there 2 cents in if you can run your yoke up to 4000 psi . SCUBA claims to be a safe sport and is ,so why to error the side of safety?

Do what ever you want , I would use DIN. SCUBA always wants to play it safe , put if you have to spend $50.00 they find a loop hole to run the cheapest set up they can get away with.

The o-rings are common SCUBA o-rings. 1- is G011B (sherwood part #) its is the same o-ring used on the port plugs and the other is used on just about every HP spool(sherwood part # 2426).

Sherwood stopped making them about 6-7 yrs ago ,e-bay is the only place you are going to find them , or hidding in some crusty old dive shop
