How cheap?

Why buy new? There are many higher end cam systems in classifieds here and wetpixel that will give you more for the money without sacrificing quality. Most underwater shooters take great care of their systems. I have both bought and sold 2nd hand systems without a complaint in either direction.

Other than once owning a Canon 7D, I am not well versed on the video capabilities of many Canon Cameras. Would the video shot with a 7D be better or the same as one shot with a T3 or T4 Rebel? If so, why and what are the deciding factors that make the video acquisition superior or not.
