Thanks for the ideas. The mosaic for U-352 i had seen it before and its amazing. His description is a good starting point.

Has anyone made a photo mosaic of a shipwreck. Is so. Was it difficult? What kind of equipment/software did you use? Were you happy with the result? I'm asking because I want to try to make one myself and I need some hints and ideas of how it was done.
