I will be heading down to Sydney 3rd week of May and I am thinking..."Why not dive there"
But since I have only dived South East Asia, Anyone can enlighten a tropical water diver about the condition over in Sydney during May?
1) Do divers dive in dry suit in May? Only used a wetsuit...
To fly to Perhentian, you got to make your way over Malaysia and take Air Asia. If not, take the bus from Spore. I am planning to go there soon too! probably after world cup.
I just got my Padi Open Water card. Thought it will be the dolphins as what I have seen on my friends' cards. But the picture shows a bunch of corals and some fish. Padi logo on the right, 'Open Water Diver' on the top.
darn...I prefer the dolphins
I used to be one of the non-divers who laughs at my friends who complain abt being broke due to diving. But after I tried it....I am converted. It is really difficult to express the feelin of diving, I usually use the word 'SURREAL'

My gf has the same bouyancy issues. The DM had to pass her some weights too...
