Randy from Emerald charters posted on facebook that he's going out looking for it everyday.

I booked another trip with Randy for the first Sunday in June. Even if you are against sharkfeeding, you should try it once to see for yourself what it's like. Randy is selective though on who he will take out which is probably why he does not have more accidents.

I bet the undercover divers had fun even if they can't admit it.:D

I had some very cool dives with Randy yesterday. We got close to a greater hammerhead, two tigers, several lemons and a sandbar. Lots of fun and nobody died.

I'm diving with Randy on sunday and looking forward to taking some cool shark pics.

Was the captain and crewed named? Just wondering if I have been out with them before.

My wife and I are on that trip. You will like Jupiter. It's a little deeper than West Palm, but you get to see more big animals. You don't need a buddy. There will be several people diving with the divemaster that you can join.

Don't feel too sorry for some of the employees. After I paid my deposit, they would not return phone calls or emails. I then set up a separate email account and pretended to be a new diver wanting to book a trip. They emailed me back immediately and said they had room but they needed my credit...

You guys are probably right about the scuba industry. I'm probaly done booking liveaboards for awhile. I can't trust sending that kind of money when there is a chance of losing it again. Visa will only do disputes if the closing date for the card billing cycle is within 60 days. If the company makes you pay 90 days before the trip, then you can't get it back. What is the address for the Nekoton? I'll fill out a complaint too.

I wish they would hurry up and go out of business so I can start the credit card dispute. As for employees that sold trips and took deposits knowing they were cheating people...how does it feel to be umemployed?;) Karma

Does anyone have any recommendations for a liveaboard that leaves from Florida that we might book for this summer. I think I'm going to assume the 800 dollar deposit is gone.

I called and asked about our deposit. The person answering the phone was nasty and said someone would call me back. They never did. I sent an email last week but nobody replied. I feel intimidated to even call and ask if the trip is going or not.

Ouch! I sent in a deposit for a trip a few days ago for the end of July. They want the rest of the money, but I'm afraid to send it. Any suggestions? I was thinking about forgetting about the deposit and see if they will allow me to pay for the rest of the trip right before it leaves. I doubt...
