I dove the quilted 200gm on Sunday. Water temp was 44 and I was comfortable in just the suit no other garments. I dive a Bare XCD2 Tech. I am 5'11 200lbs and have the XL suit. It is big on me, i should have went for the large!! I also got the booties but they are too bulky so i didn't wear them...
If you buy a DSS wing to go on the DSS plate you don't have to worry about any bolts or wing nuts protruding through and hurting your back. My DSS rig is very comfortable with just a t-shirt.
