Advice sought please regarding the following :-
Someone has the intention to "sit" in a swimming pool for 24 hours.
Aside from the obvious water protection, heat loss etc etc. What in your opinions would be the "profile" of this dive ?

Yep, I appreciate that, but I just had this idea that incidents would be of a certain level of severity before being accepted in the stats, second stages falling off would be like a fin strap breaking.
Ooooooo bet that hurt, egowise as well as physically. Did that make the incident figures ...
Having read through some of the incidents, I need to ask if a "second stage incorrectly fitted to the hose" which was discovered as the diver kitted up (it fell off ! ) qualifies as an "incident".
That does seem a bit like looking trouble to bump up stats. Or have I missed something ?
My wife completed her OW dives and then discovered that Jack was on his way. Checked up with the docs and no problems. However I did wonder at the time just how much they knew about the subject. Not too much I suspect.
Happy to say Jack is now 6.5 months and VERY healthy.

Hmmmmmm, unless I missed something on PADI's site, then I smell a rat or a badly performed first sale.
The EFR or (MFA as was) has always been a prereq for Rescue. It is usually sold seperately (although one LDS near here bundles it) as it is a stand alone course in its own right.
