I have the same camera and housing and have used the Sea & Sea YS-17 strobe. Works well in my opinion and a lot less than the Inon. HOWEVER, if you can find the Inon at a good price, that's probably the way to go in the long run.

Rob - from a personal experience, I'd stay away from Chico's - big cattle boat operation. If you're looking for a good shop, I'd suggest Pacific Scuba ( Pacific Scuba - Puerto Vallarta -Scuba Diving ). Leslie might also be able to shed some light on it for you.

I'd suggest checking with Pacific Scuba at Pacific Scuba - Puerto Vallarta -Scuba Diving I'd call and see if they can schedule something to accomodate you in the afternoon. We've dove with them a few times and find them to be a great shop. Good luck.

Don't overlook diving the Regina and Mary B. Alice wrecks in Lake Huron. We dove with Four Fathoms out of Port Sanilac - I'd definitely go back and dive with them again.

MAREMD50......I'll second the PePe's nomination! The margaritas are served in mini fish bowls, which is not a good thing when you see how high the curb is from the sidewalk down to the street in front of PePe's! I guess after 2-3 of those margaritas, you land "softer" on the street.
