This just got weird quick. What in the world are you two talking about?
I'd like to be able to order spare parts for BCs and such that I am reasonably certain will break eventually so I can have a spare on hand when it does break. Things like OPVs, inflator button overhaul kits, etc.
I realized that I actually have 3 backplates and wings while reading this thread so I figured I'd share them.
Okay, so this one is a soft plate. It's the latest addition to my collection, a Zeagle Express Tech. I did add the zip touch weight pockets to it and a few d-rings and the angled drop...
I'd just like to post that after my order was received by Zeagle I got my Express Tech a few days later. I got to dive it a few days after that and I really like the feel. I went with just the basic harness plus the zip touch weights and I added a couple of d-rings and inner tubes of my own...
I placed an order for a Zeagle Express Tech with zip touch weights with my local dealer about a month ago and the said that it was on backorder at the time. I'm curious if anybody knows how long this backorder is supposed to last. I've been wanting to try one out for a while and this is...
As far as I know, it isn't commonly used as a gear rinse. For Scuba, it's usually used when servicing regulators in a ultrasonic cleaner.

The very first scholarship on the link that I posted was for undergrads or grad students. Others on the list didn't specify a requirement for any degree program at all, just education.
Based on your original post, I assumed that you were asking for input on creating a scholarship program...
If it were run by a reputable organization I would probably donate to it. They would have to have very high standards for the scholarship though. A long history of diving, academic excellence, multiple page essay on a diving topic, etc. I wouldn't want my money going to somebody who just...
How much weight are you going to have on your weight belt? Since you are getting cam straps I assume you will be diving singles. Unless they are steel tanks a stainless steel plate may be a good idea.
The Duo is a very good computer and is just about all that is needed by most divers. I have a Cressi archimedes II which is the same computer as well as the others that you mentioned. I also have a Nitek Plus and a Cressi Edy II. Compared with some other computers that I have used all three...
