Yes you can buy the second stages. But to my knowledge Oceanic does not have a trade in program.
I still use the Omega II's and love them, and do not intend to stop using them till they stop making parts for them.
Hi, the poseidon Jetstream No. 3960 is max at 145 PS?I/ 10BAR intermediary pressure I can not find the recommended pressure but the inhalation resistance is a MAX of 40 MM of water.

The main problem with servicing you own gear is the special tools and the service parts.
You may be out of luck with the parts for the regulator but an other company is selling the atpak now.
In 1978 Watergill became Seapro and continued to market both regulators (and the AtPac). Sometime in the mid 80's Seapro come out the Zypher 2nd stage (should have been a Submarex) showerhead...
the only thing I have heard about the camera in the negative is that it needs a little more light than most other cameras. If you have the money go for it, it is a sweet set up
I used to get mine filled at the fire department all the time the only problem you should have is the the valves are different you will have to buy an adapter or a fill whip for SCUBA
Yes you can the main concern is the Ip the first stage. all of the regs you mention would be ok you would only need to have a technician tweek them to go together. I use the omega II as a Oct and love it my daughter has them as main and safe second.
You should look at the LDS just because they do not sell the Atomic they may service them. Most Technicians are certified for more that they shop sells. It is allways better to own your own Reg but you should try before you buy.
You will enjoy it diving more with your own reg
