You must be 15 years of age and have proof of at least 25 open water scuba dives to enroll in an Experienced Scuba Diver course.
I went diving with Rich Coast Diving in Playa de Coco a while back. I enjoyed it. Stayed at Laura's House. They were qiuck to respond to emails. But, it's a quite a drive from Quepos.
