We've stayed at Morritts Tortuga on east end and enjoy the windsurfing along with diving. This is close to Rum Point. Georgetown is less than an hour so we head to 7MB at least once

We've stayed at Sunshine Suites and enjoyed the ease of walking over to 7MB. Also walking distance for many eating places. Can't comment on Sunset house.

My son and I spent a great week at Morritts Tortuga club and used Tortuga Divers. It was very exciting anchoring in 65 feet of water and then diving off the back of the boat where it was over a mile down.
There are many options for diving in the Cayman Islands. ALso great snorkelling. If interested in windsurfing then head to east end. Be sure to spend one afternoon at StingRay city. Some shopping in Georgetown although beaches area great so don't spend too much time inside.
