I live very close to the track. It is amazingly loud when the indy cars are there. Was a pain driving through the drunkards on my way to work every eveining during the races. :D
Wish I could but it is aobut 4 hours away and I don't get off work till 6:30am that morning. I'm currently on a night shift at work. (for another two weeks /sigh) Night shift is a killer on everything social!
Yeah... I tried to delete the other one. But my delete button must have /poofed.
Thanks for doing deleting the other one I did the best I could with it! (leaving it in the wrong forum would just make me twitch... like having a painting that isn't straight on the wall.....)
Hello all! Just moved down from the North East to Homestead. Se Habla Espanol? Nope. Probably should learn huh.. Anyways, my wife and I moved down in the pursuit of happiness and sunshine. Will miss a lot of aspects of the north east but this is my second... no third time living in...
Hey Shellbird! I too have moved on saddly leavin my Red Sox behind and living south of Miami now. Gotta rummage through those boards now. Good luck in Kentucky and best wishes and dives to you all!
Sorry for the old post bump. :) But anyone notice that Spectre points out the social hour. Heheh guess some things are always a good thing. :eyebrow:

Due to the fact that I am currently at work and will be for quite some time. I will not make it tonite. I'm sure that I'll catch up with you all in late jan or feb. I'm finnally getting the surgery on my left knee wednsday this upcomming week so I'll be out of the water for about a month...
Good luck on the shoulder! I'm getting my knee worked on but I wouldn't let them until Dec. and I'll still be back in Jan/Feb.

Try droping a bit of your weight. A problem that I have seen is head down trim due to OVER weighting. The weight belts tend to move around a bit at depth....regardless of how tight you put them on. When you descend the wetsuit compresses allowing some slip of the belt. If you try to maintain...
Aside from a dry suit it's the next best thing to sliced bread. It is warm and can be bought for about $250 from L.P. and not much more from your LDS.
The suit fit much looser than the tight fitting wet suit and it's warmer. Cheaper than a drysuit, although it's not a dry suit.

I wear henderson hyperstretch without a zipper or velcro strap for gloves and boots. I actually wear them UNDER the seal. If you have small wrists/ankles that will help a lot and you won't have hardly any leakage. When I'm lazy or too hot I wear the gloves and boots on the outside of the...
That is a requirement here in CT.... not really a big deal. Just take a gage with you. It can also be a time saver.... if it is too small you don't put it in the catch bag, easy as that. I just put my gage on a bolt snap and clip it too my harness. I'm pretty certain that is how notabob does...

Sorry no can do... I don't get off work until about 8:00 am Sunday morning so I wouldn't even be able to make it to the cape until around 11-12 and I wouldn't have had any sleep, so probably not a good idea. I'll be out of town from the 16-22 but maybe something at the cape that following...
Mer,
Regardless of the problems that occured much, it was still much better than my day.....doing nothing. I'm probably going to stay out of the water for a week or two, knee problems. But that won't hold Lola and I back for long. Although I'm already having withdrawls....and it hasn't...
