I went this way. Compact. All delrin and stainless, so it's very durable and corrosion resistant. 360 degree, on the fly adjustable. Weighs in at 7.5 ounces. Happy diving.

I had couple friends loose GoPros with the glue mounts. Which is a big part of the reason I went with this design. You'd almost have to try to loose your camera with this.

Depending upon what kind of lights you're mounting, my mounting bracket may help you. Pictured is a SeaLife DC800 with a video light and a strobe. This setup can easily be changed to two video lights etc. If this is something that may help you, PM me. Maybe I can help you out.
