San Andres, Columbia
Found cheep flights to San Andres, Columbia. Sounds like the diving is great but I can only find info from Tripadvisor. Any Scubaboard folks with info? Any suggestions for dive operators, lodging? We booked in mid-September. Any information would be appreciated.- bearhere
