uwatec smart com battery wrench symbol

Hello, At the moment I am replacing a battery of a Uwatec Smart Com. I have reset the divecomputer and it seems to work again.... However the display shows a wrench sysmbol. I found an interesting link from a user named "Dunco" but the links are gone :( Can you help me with this? Greetings...
