10 hour layover in Aruba

We have a 10 hour layover in Aruba before continuing on (9th of october) (from 11 am) from what i read we only interesting in seeing

Aruba’s Natural Bridge, and the

Natural Pool

should we do it with taxi? bus? how much it can cost?

My first choice is guided ATV. Next is horseback. Then UTV. Last is jeep.
