8-3 Maui pics

Today's dive yielded this Undulated Moray at 70 feet that was out in the open in a sandy area.
He was as intimidated by me as I was by him. He won out as I kept my distance from him not wanting to get attacked and possibly bitten as these are our most aggressive eels.
I was too far from him to use the strobe but instead used manual white balance and zoom with the wide angle lens.
Not very good shots at that.

are you kidding me???? most of us can only hope to have "bad" pictures like this. your shots are always great, even if not perfect (according to you)

That's awesome, I rarely see them out of cover. That thing looks like it could take a finger off real quick.
