The fatality in kirkfield Ontario, the instructor was kicked out of another agency (because he was teaching at the same time as an acuc course) I don't understand why you bring up cuba ? we were not talking about cuba . the island in question was not cuba .

I brought up Cuba because others are saying ACUC was not recognized in places and the opposite was true in Cuba. That is, ACUC was apparently the ONLY agency certifying Cuban nationals.
